3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate animated videos
• Credits can be purchased individually or through subscription plans
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period
• Unused credits from subscriptions may roll over according to your plan terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute content generated through the Service without authorization
• Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or violates others' rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original artwork you upload. You grant CoverMotion a license to process your content to provide the Service. The animated videos you create are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to any third-party rights in the original content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoverMotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.
